Paclitaxel-Coated Balloon for Recalcitrant In-Drug-Eluting Stent Restenosis
Complete percutaneous revascularization, including the treatment of complex lesions and chronic total occlusions, has become a frequent reality in interventional cardiology. Although the overall need for repeat revascularization due to drug-eluting stent (DES) restenosis remains in single ...

Fecal extracellular vesicles (fEVs) from DILI patients have a distinct bacterial profile. This study provides evidence that bacterial EVs enter the bloodstream. DILI and MASLD F≥3 fEVs increase the pro‐inflammatory response and hepatocyte steatosis. FEVs from DILI patients enhance the hepatotoxic potential of diclofenac.

Deep learning tissue mapping can guide region of interest selection for spatial transcriptomic analyses. Using this method, a transcriptional catalogue of focal cortical dysplasia type IIb was generated, revealing enrichment for markers of inhibitory glycinergic signaling in cytomegalic dysmorphic neurons.

Background Coronary stenting is frequently complicated by stent edge restenosis (SER), which causes the artery to re-narrow. Drug-eluting stents (DES), plain balloon angioplasty (POBA), conventional balloon angioplasty (CBA), and drug-coated balloons (
