Abstract Fruquintinib (FRUZAQLATM) is a highly selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor of all three vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (‐1, ‐2, and ‐3). Two Phase 1, open‐label, single‐dose studies investigated the impact of hepatic or renal impairment on the pharmacokinetics and tolerability of fruquintinib.

Abstract A 75‐year‐old woman had been taking a geniposide‐containing herbal medicine for 7 years and was admitted to our hospital for nausea, abdominal pain, and distention. CT revealed colonic wall thickening, whereas CS revealed a dark‐purple edematous mucosa. Furthermore, biopsy specimens revealed small vein hyalinization.
