On Discrete Time Wilson Systems
In this paper, we define the discrete time Wilson frame (DTW frame) for l2ℤ and discuss some properties of discrete time Wilson frames. Also, we give an interplay between DTW frames and discrete time Gabor frames.

Ecological patterns are often fundamentally chronological. However, generalization of data is necessarily accompanied by a loss of detail or resolution. Temporal data in particular contain information not only in data values but in the temporal structure,

This study presents a conceptual framework linking sea‐water temperature Tw gradients to the formation and persistence of sea fog in the southeastern Yellow Sea. Over cold waters maintained by tidal mixing, downward latent heat flux enhances lower‐level stability and sustains persistent sea fog, whereas over warmer waters, upward fluxes and thermal ...

ABSTRACT The FAO's “blue transformation” roadmap necessitates a fundamental shift towards precision aquaculture to meet global food security targets while minimizing environmental footprints. This review provides a comprehensive overview of how artificial intelligence (AI) and decision support systems (DSS) serve as pivotal enablers for the “better ...

This study provides novel insights into the biogeographic patterns of the Sichuan golden snub‐nosed monkey, particularly in terms of habitat suitability and spatial‐use strategies. We found that habitat suitability has expanded over the past decade, with substantial shifts in the environmental factors influencing habitat suitability, from terrain and ...

The three‐step test in international copyright—a global framework for generative AI training
Abstract The training of generative artificial intelligence (genAI) models involves the processing of large datasets, which often include copyrighted materials, thereby raising questions of copyright infringement. These questions tend to center on whether such use constitutes fair use or falls under text and data mining (TDM) exceptions.
