Design and conception of a DAB converter (Dual Active Bridge) using the gyrators theory
XI Brazilian Power Electronics Conference, 2011This work presents the analysis and design of the DAB converter (Dual Active Bridge) employing gyrator's theory. A brief summary of the theory is introduced, and its application for the DAB converter is verified with a design example. The proposed work is supported by simulation and experimental results.

System Design of Dual Active Bridge (DAB) Converter Based on GaN HEMT Device
2019 22nd International Conference on Electrical Machines and Systems (ICEMS), 2019The Dual active bridge (DAB) DC-DC converter is popular for its advantage of high power density, zero-voltage switching (ZVS) and bidirectional power flow capability. It is important to improve the power density and efficiency of DAB converter. With the development of wide band-gap semiconductor device, such as GaN HEMT, the efficiency and power ...

This paper investigates the terminal impedance characteristics of the dual active bridge (DAB) DC/DC converter enabled DC microgrid. In this system, the DAB converters are employed not only in the solid state transformer (SST) to enable the DC microgrid, but also to integrate the distributed energy storage device (DESD).
