Protocol for quantifying miRNA trafficking across the endosomal membrane
An in vitro protocol measures miRNA uptake into endosomes isolated from mammalian cell extracts, which are free of subcellular contaminants. Performed at 37 °C in the presence of ATP, it ensures the import of single‐stranded miRNA into the endosomal lumen.

Approximately dual and pseudo-dual probabilistic frames
This paper studies properties of dual probabilistic frames -- in particular in relation to redundancy -- and introduces both approximately dual probabilistic frames and pseudo-dual probabilistic frames. We show that the canonical dual probabilistic frame is the only dual frame of pushforward type of a probabilistic frame with zero redundancy ...

In this study, a novel esterase from the thermoacidophilic archaeon Thermoplasma acidophilum was biochemically and structurally characterized. Our results demonstrate that Ta0887 is a highly thermostable esterase that preferentially hydrolyzes p‐nitrophenyl hexanoate and possesses an α‐helical cap domain that likely contributes to its substrate ...

On Discrete Time Wilson Systems
In this paper, we define the discrete time Wilson frame (DTW frame) for l2ℤ and discuss some properties of discrete time Wilson frames. Also, we give an interplay between DTW frames and discrete time Gabor frames.

On frames, dual frames, and the duality principle
Summary: Frames in Hilbert spaces generalize orthonormal bases and allow stable representation of all the elements of the space via a given frame and its dual frame. Frames are not only interesting from theoretical point of view, but play significant role in signal and image processing, which leads to many applications in informatics, engineering ...

SPG4 and Dementia: Expanding the Clinical Spectrum
ABSTRACT Objective Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a group of disorders characterized by progressive spasticity and lower limb weakness, with mutations in SPG4/SPAST being the most common cause. Detailed studies and clinical and molecular comparisons across different populations are missing.

Shift-invariant sequences and non-homogeneous dual wavelet frames on local fields
Recent research has increasingly explored the construction of wavelets and frames in function spaces extending beyond standard domains like R $\mathbb{R}$ and C $\mathbb{C}$ . This paper addresses these developments within the context of local fields. We

Early Clinical, Imaging, and Pathological Characteristics of SRPK3/TTN‐Digenic Myopathy
ABSTRACT Objective SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy was recently established as a skeletal muscle myopathy caused by digenic inheritance. This study characterizes the early clinical presentation of SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy in one previously reported and seven newly identified pediatric patients.
