Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

Similar generalized frames [PDF]
Generalized frames are an extension of frames in Hilbert spaces and Hilbert $C^*$-modules. In this paper, the concept ''Similar" for modular $g$-frames is introduced and all of operator duals (ordinary duals) of similar $g$-frames with respect to each ...

Redundancy of Fusion frames in Hilbert Spaces
Upon improving and extending the concept of redundancy of frames, we introduce the notion of redundancy of fusion frames, which is concerned with the properties of lower and upper redundancies. These properties are achieved by considering the minimum and

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

$K$-$b$-Frames for Hilbert Spaces and the $b$-Adjoint Operator [PDF]
This paper will generalize $b$-frames, a new concept of frames for Hilbert spaces, by $K$-$b$-frames. The idea is to take a sequence from a Banach space and see how it can be a frame for a Hilbert space.

Frames which can be generated by the action of some operators (e.g. translation, dilation, modulation, ...) on a single element $f$ in a Hilbert space, called coherent frames.

Symmetric interpolatory dual wavelet frames [PDF]
For any symmetry group $H$ and any appropriate matrix dilation we give an explicit method for the construction of $H$-symmetric refinable interpolatory refinable masks which satisfy sum rule of arbitrary order $n$.

This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

This study integrates transcriptomic profiling of matched tumor and healthy tissues from 32 colorectal cancer patients with functional validation in patient‐derived organoids, revealing dysregulated metabolic programs driven by overexpressed xCT (SLC7A11) and SLC3A2, identifying an oncogenic cystine/glutamate transporter signature linked to ...
