We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Identical Duals : Gap Function (Study on Nonlinear Analysis and Convex Analysis)
We consider identical duals of two pairs of minimization (primal) problems and maximization (dual) problems from a view point of gap function. The identical dual means that both optimum points of a primal problem and its dual one are identical.

"We let you speak, just not too much": The moral economy of liberal recognition and its limits
This work presents a synthesized, rigorously formalized, and multidimensional strategy for proving the Riemann Hypothesis, based on four interconnected research sections. The central concept is the **approximation of the Riemann zeta function ζ(s) through spectral zeta functions of finite Ramanujan graphs**, generated by the groups \( \mathrm{PSL}(2 ...

Ixazomib inhibits proteasome‐mediated degradation of topoisomerase I induced by irinotecan, thereby restoring drug sensitivity and promoting tumor cell death in colorectal cancer. Irinotecan, a topoisomerase I (topoI) inhibitor, is widely used for colorectal cancer, but resistance remains a major clinical challenge.

Both cg12821679MAPRE3 methylation and MAPRE3 expression are significantly associated with overall survival (OS) of non‐small cell lung cancer. Meanwhile, MAPRE3 expression significantly modified the effect of smoking cessation on OS. Smoking cessation benefits OS merely for patients with high MAPRE3 expression.

We investigate the effect of square-root transformation on both prime gaps and Riemann zero spacings. While the transformation reduces variation for prime gaps, it increases variation for Riemann zero spacings. Remarkably, both follow the same fundamental relationship Δ√xₙ ≈ Δxₙ/(2√xₙ) with correlation > 0.999, suggesting a deeper mathematical ...
