Mathematical analysis of the flow and heat transfer of Ag-Cu hybrid nanofluid over a stretching/shrinking surface with convective boundary condition and viscous dissipation

open access: yesData Analytics and Applied Mathematics, 2020
Hybrid nanofluid has a vast potential of applications in the cooling system due to the high thermal conductivity. This study emphasizes on the impact of the convective boundary condition and viscous dissipation to the heat transfer of Ag-Cu hybrid ...

Supersymmetric AdS_3, AdS_2 and Bubble Solutions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
We present new supersymmetric AdS_3 solutions of type IIB supergravity and AdS_2 solutions of D=11 supergravity. The former are dual to conformal field theories in two dimensions with N=(0,2) supersymmetry while the latter are dual to conformal quantum ...

Self-dual Maxwell Chern-Simons Solitons In 1+1 Dimensions [PDF]

open access: yes, 1998
We study the domain wall soliton solutions in the relativistic self-dual Maxwell Chern-Simons model in 1+1 dimensions obtained by the dimensional reduction of the 2+1 model.

On Soliton Content of Self Dual Yang-Mills Equations [PDF]

open access: yes, 1993
Exploiting the formulation of the Self Dual Yang-Mills equations as a Riemann-Hilbert factorization problem, we present a theory of pulling back soliton hierarchies to the Self Dual Yang-Mills equations. We show that for each map $ \C^4 \to \C^{\infty } $

Dual spikes—New spiky string solutions

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2007
We find a new class of spiky solutions for closed strings in flat, $AdS_3\subset AdS_5$ and $R\times S^2(\subset S^5)$ backgrounds. In the flat case the new solutions turn out to be T-dual configurations of spiky strings found by Kruczenski hep-th/0410226.

The dual fuzzy matrix equations: Extended solution, algebraic solution and solution

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics, 2023
<p>In this paper, we propose a direct method to solve the dual fuzzy matrix equation of the form $ \mathbf{A}\widetilde{\mathbf{X}}+\widetilde{\mathbf{B}} = \mathbf{C}\widetilde{\mathbf{X}}+\widetilde{\mathbf{D}} $ with $ \mathbf{A} $, $ \mathbf{C} $ matrices of crisp coefficients and $ \widetilde{\mathbf{B}} $, $ \widetilde ...

F-theory and AdS_3/CFT_2 (2,0) [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
We continue to develop the program initiated in arXiv:1705.04679 of studying supersymmetric AdS_3 solutions of F-theory and their holographic dual 2d superconformal field theories, which are dimensional reductions of 4d theories with varying coupling ...

Hybrid Nanofluid Flow and Heat Transfer Past an Inclined Surface

open access: yesMathematics, 2021
This paper examines the hybrid nanoparticles and the magnetic field impacts on the mixed convection boundary layer flow and heat transfer caused by an inclined shrinking–stretching surface in a hybrid nanofluid.

Dual Fluid for the Kerr Black Hole [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Rotating black holes are algebraically special solutions to the vacuum Einstein equation. Using properties of the algebraically special solutions we construct the dual fluid, which flows on black hole horizon. An explicit form of the Kerr solution allows

Mixed Convection Stagnation-Point Flow of a Nanofluid Past a Permeable Stretching/Shrinking Sheet in the Presence of Thermal Radiation and Heat Source/Sink

open access: yesEnergies, 2019
In this study we numerically examine the mixed convection stagnation-point flow of a nanofluid over a vertical stretching/shrinking sheet in the presence of suction, thermal radiation and a heat source/sink. Three distinct types of nanoparticles, copper (
