Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Weakening the nuclear envelope: Lamin B receptor in melanoma metastasis
LBR‐driven nuclear fragility supports melanoma invasion. A: Melanocyte presents low LBR (Lamin B Receptor) levels, maintaining nuclear integrity and lamina‐chromatin tethering. B: During malignant progression, upregulation of LBR clusters at the INM (Inner Nuclear Membrane) during confined migration causes local lamina weakening and cholesterol ...

On the dual of Orlicz-Lorentz space
A description of the Köthe dual of the Orlicz-Lorentz space Λφ,ω generated by an Orlicz function φ and a regular weight function w is presented. It is also shown that in the case of separable Orlicz-Lorentz spaces the regularity condition on w is ...

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

The standard dual of an operator space [PDF]
If X is a linear space of operators on a Hilbert space, then it turns out that there is a natural, enlightening, nontrivial way to regard the dual \(X^*\) also as a linear space of operators on a (different) Hilbert space. The importance of this was pointed out in the work with \textit{V. I. Paulsen} [`Tensor products of operator spaces', J. Functional

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

On the dual space of a Banach space of entire functions
Let \( \mathcal{L}_1 \) denote the subspace of \( L_1(\mathbb{R}) \) consisting of the restrictions to \( \mathbb{R} \) of entire functions of exponential type at most \( \pi \), equipped with the \( L_1(\mathbb{R}) \)-norm.
