Modified Titanium Dental Implants: The Current Progress of Soft‐Tissue Integration Methods

open access: yesAdvanced NanoBiomed Research, EarlyView.
Dental implants are an established solution for tooth loss, yet achieving soft tissue integration (STI) around the transmucosal region remains a challenge. The natural tooth–gingiva interface is poorly replicated on titanium implants. This review explores surface modification strategies, ranging from surface chemistry and topography to biological ...

Valorization of Post‐Consumer Waste From Metallized Flexible Packaging and Industrial EPM Waste: Development of Sustainable Composites

open access: yesJournal of Applied Polymer Science, EarlyView.
Post‐consumer metallized flexible packaging waste and industrial EPM waste are transformed into sustainable composites through mechanical recycling. The incorporation of 30 wt% EPM provides the most favorable balance between stiffness, ductility, and impact resistance, achieving 53.36 kJ/m2.

Lagomorph cranial biomechanics and the functional significance of the unique fenestrated rostrum of leporids

open access: yesThe Anatomical Record, EarlyView.
Abstract The crania of leporid lagomorphs are uniquely fenestrated, including the posterior cranial bones and the lateral portion of the maxilla. The functional significance of the highly fenestrated rostrum has received considerably little attention, despite being absent in other mammalian herbivores with a long rostrum.

Harnessing blood clot as a native scaffold for orchestrating tissue repairs and regeneration

open access: yesBMEMat, EarlyView.
The blood clot, owing to its dynamic composition and unique microenvironment, holds significant yet underappreciated potential for tissue engineering. This review systematically summarizes the pathophysiology of clot formation, the key regulatory factors shaping its microenvironment, and its applications in both pre‐clinical and clinical settings ...

Intuition or Rationality? A Revised Knowledge‐Attitude‐Behaviour Framework in Sustainable Consumer Behaviour

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The paper provides a revised knowledge–attitude–behaviour (KAB) framework to explain sustainable consumption. Drawing on the dual‐process perspective, the study investigates how intuitive and rational cues shape the translation of objective product knowledge into sustainable attitudes and consumption.
