Anti‐Inflammatory and Antibacterial Properties of Curcuma longa Extract Against Helicobacter pylori
This study explored the effects of Curcuma longa extract (CLE) against H. pylori infection. CLE contained 18 chemical compounds and completely inhibited growth of H. pylori Sydney strain 1 (SS1) in vitro. In infected mice with H. pylori SS1, oral administration of CLE successfully eradicated H.

Development of Deferoxamine‐Functionalized Cyclodextrin Polymer for Targeted Iron Chelation
The cyclodextrin polymer is conjugated with 35 deferoxamine units and can form iron(III) complexes. The polymer exhibits significantly lower antiproliferative activity than free deferoxamine. The cyclodextrin polymer with multiple deferoxamine units may present a promising strategy for improving the efficacy of iron chelation therapies.

Novel Findings in Pediatric and Adolescent Patients With Cancer and a Germline SMARCA4 Variant
ABSTRACT Introduction SMARCA4 is a known susceptibility gene for malignant rhabdoid tumors (MRT) in children and small cell carcinoma of the ovary hypercalcemic type (SCCOHT) in young females and women. Recently, a novel association between germline SMARCA4 variants and predisposition to neuroblastoma was proposed.

Malignancies and immunoglobulin G4‐related disease
Immunoglobulin G4‐related disease (IgG4‐RD) is associated with increased cancer risk. Malignancies affect both IgG4‐RD involved organs, such as the lung, pancreas, bile duct, and prostate, and noninvolved organs, such as the gastrointestinal duct. B‐cell neoplasms constitute a proportion of the malignancies linked to this disease.

Gut Microbiota as a Mediator Between Intestinal Fibrosis and Creeping Fat in Crohn's Disease
ABSTRACT Intestinal stricture remains one of the most challenging complications in Crohn's disease, and its underlying mechanisms are poorly understood. Accumulating evidence suggests that gut microbiota is significantly altered in stenotic intestines and may play a key role in the development of fibrogenesis in Crohn's disease.
