The American Journal of Surgery, 1959Abstract A case of omphalocele with associated duodenal stenosis, thought to be the first of its kind, is reported. Two operative procedures were required to correct the anomalies. Early surgery is mandatory in the treatment of large omphaloceles and preferably should be performed within the first hour following delivery.
