Graphene Acetic Acid‐Based Hybrid Supercapacitor and Liquid‐Gated Transistor

Advanced Electronic Materials, Volume 10, Issue 4, April 2024.
Graphene acetic acid (GAA) is successfully implemented in hybrid supercapacitors and liquid‐gated transistors. GAA shows similar performances compared to reduced graphene oxide (rGO) in terms of specific capacitance (400 F g−1) and charge carrier mobility (10−1 cm2 V−1 s−1).
