DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELLS (DSSC): AN APPROACH TO PRACTICE IN UNDERGRADUATE TEACHING
The aim of this work was to construct and characterize dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) using alternative materials and low-cost equipment. Instead of using the TiO2 semiconductor, a water-based white paint pigment was employed as a substitute. This pigment, when combined with natural dyes, absorbs visible light and acts as the photoelectrode.

Dye-sensitized Solar Cell Using Natural Dyes "DSSCs"
In this thesis, many dye sensitized solar cells were fabricated using as a semiconducting layer and natural dyes as photosensitizers. Thin layers of nanocrystalline were prepared on transparent fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO) conductive glass. Doctor blade method was used in the coating process. Twenty seven natural dyes were tried such as Bougainvillea,

Review on polymer electrolyte in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs)
Solar Energy, 2015Abstract The dependence of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) on the liquid electrolytes set the limitation and restriction on the expending of the DSSC module fabrication. Moreover, the reductions in its performances were observed as consequences from electron recombination in semiconductor–liquid electrolytes interfaces.
