Boundary Value Problems for Fractional Differential Equations with Fractional Multiterm Integral Conditions

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2014
We discuss the existence and uniqueness of solutions for boundary value problems involving multiterm fractional integral boundary conditions. Our study relies on standard fixed point theorems. Illustrative examples are also presented.

Dynamic analysis of runout correction in milling [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Tool runout and its effects is an important area of research within modelling, simulation, and control of milling forces. Tool runout causes tool cutting edges to experience uneven forces during milling.

Henry-Gronwall Integral Inequalities with “Maxima” and Their Applications to Fractional Differential Equations

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
Some new weakly singular Henry-Gronwall type integral inequalities with “maxima” are established in this paper. Applications to Caputo fractional differential equations with “maxima” are also presented.

Nonlinear Langevin Equation of Hadamard-Caputo Type Fractional Derivatives with Nonlocal Fractional Integral Conditions

open access: yesAdvances in Mathematical Physics, 2014
We study existence and uniqueness of solutions for a problem consisting of nonlinear Langevin equation of Hadamard-Caputo type fractional derivatives with nonlocal fractional integral conditions. A variety of fixed point theorems are used, such as Banach’

Efficient detection for multifrequency dynamic phasor analysis [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Analysis of harmonic and interharmonic phasors is a promising smart grid measurement and diagnostic tool. This creates the need to deal with multiple phasor components having different amplitudes, including interharmonics with unknown frequency locations.

Impulsive Multiorders Riemann-Liouville Fractional Differential Equations

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2015
Impulsive multiorders fractional differential equations are studied. Existence and uniqueness results are obtained for first- and second-order impulsive initial value problems by using Banach’s fixed point theorem in an appropriate weighted space ...

Existence of Solutions for Fractional q-Integrodifference Equations with Nonlocal Fractional q-Integral Conditions

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
We study a class of fractional q-integrodifference equations with nonlocal fractional q-integral boundary conditions which have different quantum numbers.

Mathematical Model and Dynamics Analysis of the Stingless Bee (Trigona sp.) in A Colony

open access: yesCommunication in Biomathematical Sciences, 2023
Trigona sp. is a stingless bee species that is widely distributed in tropical countries. It has castes in the colony, i.e. queen, worker, and male bee. Despite its size, Trigona sp.

Multimodal Language Analysis in the Wild: CMU-MOSEI Dataset and Interpretable Dynamic Fusion Graph

open access: yesAnnual Meeting of the Association for Computational Linguistics, 2018
Analyzing human multimodal language is an emerging area of research in NLP. Intrinsically this language is multimodal (heterogeneous), sequential and asynchronous; it consists of the language (words), visual (expressions) and acoustic (paralinguistic ...

Efficient Dynamic Access Analysis Using JavaScript Proxies [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
JSConTest introduced the notions of effect monitoring and dynamic effect inference for JavaScript. It enables the description of effects with path specifications resembling regular expressions. It is implemented by an offline source code transformation.
