Dynamic Ecological System Analysis [PDF]
This article develops a new mathematical method for holistic analysis of nonlinear dynamic compartmental systems through the system decomposition theory. The method is based on the novel dynamic system and subsystem partitioning methodologies through which compartmental systems are decomposed to the utmost level.

WKB Analysis of Bohmian Dynamics [PDF]
We consider a semiclassically scaled Schrödinger equation with WKB initial data. We prove that in the classical limit the corresponding Bohmian trajectories converge (locally in measure) to the classical trajectories before the appearance of the first caustic. In a second step we show that after caustic onset this convergence in general no longer holds.

In this paper we present a mathematical investigation of the phenomenon of dynamical localization in a class of quasi-periodically and periodically time-dependent two-level systems. Time after time – circadian clocks through the lens of oscillator theory
Oscillator theory bridges physics and circadian biology. Damped oscillators require external drivers, while limit cycles emerge from delayed feedback and nonlinearities. Coupling enables tissue‐level coherence, and entrainment aligns internal clocks with environmental cues.
