Developing an inter-university partnership: The importance of relationally-connected leaders [PDF]
We have been involved in an inter-university partnership that supports, contributes to, and influences our own and others’ thinking and actions. As we have collaborated on teaching, learning, and research in the field of educational leadership, we ...

AbstractIn this study, we examine the energy commodities connectedness between the period June 2006 and April 2020 by implementing the Diebold–Yilmaz and the frequency connectedness approaches. We estimate dynamic connectedness between WTI crude oil, the Henry Hub natural gas, ULS diesel and the gasoline prices over the analysed period.

Smooth automorphisms and path-connectedness in Borel dynamics
Let $Aut(X,\mathcal{B})$ be the group of all Borel automorphisms of a standard Borel space $(X,\mathcal{B})$. We study topological properties of $Aut(X,\mathcal{B})$ with respect to the uniform and weak topologies, $ $ and $p$, defined in [Bezuglyi S., Dooley A.H., Kwiatkowski J., Topologies on the group of Borel automorphisms of a standard Borel ...

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.
