Real-world asset tokens and commodities: static and dynamic linkages
This study explores the static and dynamic interconnectedness between real world asset (RWA) tokens and traditional commodities. Additionally, the study examines the role of uncertainty factors in explaining the interconnectedness.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Dynamic pairwise connectedness.
This figure presents the dynamic pairwise connectedness index between 4 commodity sectors and 11 industry stocks. The results are based on the TVP-VAR model with a lag length of order one (BIC) and a generalized variance decomposition of 20-step-ahead ...

Smooth automorphisms and path-connectedness in Borel dynamics
Let $Aut(X,\mathcal{B})$ be the group of all Borel automorphisms of a standard Borel space $(X,\mathcal{B})$. We study topological properties of $Aut(X,\mathcal{B})$ with respect to the uniform and weak topologies, $τ$ and $p$, defined in [Bezuglyi S., Dooley A.H., Kwiatkowski J., Topologies on the group of Borel automorphisms of a standard Borel space,

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.
