Feasibility of multiple‐mouse dynamic contrast‐enhanced MRI
Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, 2007AbstractDynamic contrast‐enhanced (DCE‐) MRI is often used to evaluate the response to experimental antiangiogenic therapies in small animal models of cancer. Unfortunately, DCE‐MRI studies often require a substantial investment of both time and money to achieve the desired level of statistical significance.

Lesion Segmentation in Dynamic Contrast Enhanced MRI of Breast
2012 International Conference on Digital Image Computing Techniques and Applications (DICTA), 2012Dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) is a sensitive tool used for the detection of breast cancer. Automated segmentation of breast lesions in DCE-MR images is challenging due to the inherent low signal-to-noise ratios and high inter- patient variability.

Dynamic contrast enhanced perfusion MRI in mycosis fungoides
Journal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging, 2003AbstractMycosis fungoides is a malignant, cutaneous lymphoma of T‐helper (TH or CD4+) cells. At presentation, the disease is usually limited to the skin, with lesions that resemble eczema or psoriasis. Neurologic involvement is uncommon. This case demonstrates the conventional MRI and dynamic contrast enhanced perfusion MRI findings in intracerebral ...

Neurovascular MRI with dynamic contrast-enhanced subtraction angiography
Neuroradiology, 2003The first generation of digital subtraction MR angiography using thick-slab contrast-enhanced 2D projection techniques has confirmed the potential of MRI to produce noninvasive subsecond angiograms of the craniocervical circulation. As time-resolved techniques become more sophisticated and 3D acquisitions can be obtained with high isotropic spatial ...

Blind deconvolution in dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and ultrasound
2014 36th Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society, 2014This paper is focused on quantitative perfusion analysis using MRI and ultrasound. In both MRI and ultrasound, most approaches allow estimation of rate constants (Ktrans, kep for MRI) and indices (AUC, TTP) that are only related to the physiological perfusion parameters of a tissue (e.g.

Fast High Dynamic Range MRI by Contrast Enhancement Networks
2020 IEEE 17th International Symposium on Biomedical Imaging (ISBI), 2020HDR-MRI is a sophisticated non-linear image fusion technique for MRI which enhances image quality by fusing multiple contrast types into a single composite image. It offers improved outcomes in automatic segmentation and potentially in diagnostic power, but the existing technique is slow and requires accurate image co-registration in order to function ...

Assessment of pleomorphic adenomas using MRI and dynamic contrast enhanced MRI
Oral Oncology, 2003We evaluated magnetic resonance images (MRI) and the value of dynamic contrast enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) of pleomorphic adenomas retrospectively. MRI was performed for 18 pleomorphic adenomas, including 11 cases with DCE-MRI. We obtained the following results on the MRI and DCE-MRI. (a).

Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced MRI in Oncology Drug Development
Current Clinical Pharmacology, 2007Angiogenesis, long recognized as a key factor in tumor growth and metastasis, has been the target of new anticancer treatment paradigms. Development of antiangiogenesis drugs is challenging, mainly due to the difficulty of determining the correct dosage and the time required to observe a clinical effect.

Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI of the pituitary gland
1995Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI of the pituitary gland was used in ten patients. It is interesting in our preliminary series because it could appreciate the contrast kinetics of the sellar, laterosellar and parasellar components as well as adenomas. In one case, it discovered a lesion. In another, it suspected cavernous sinus invasion.
