A Novel Dynamic Approach for Risk Analysis and Simulation Using Multi-Agents Model
Static risk analysis techniques (SRATs) use event graphs and risk analysis assessment models. Those techniques are not time-based techniques and hence are inadequate to model dynamic stochastic systems.

Fault Diagnosis of Roadheader Based on Dynamic Fault Tree
The roadheader faults are highly concerned by machinery factories. Facing the variety of the roadheader faults, the complex relationships between fault sources, as well as the difficulties of fault diagnosis, this paper proposed a method to set up the dynamic fault tree of roadheader.

Reliability analysis of dynamic systems by translating temporal fault trees into Bayesian networks [PDF]
Classical combinatorial fault trees can be used to assess combinations of failures but are unable to capture sequences of faults, which are important in complex dynamic systems.

Quantitative evaluation of Pandora Temporal Fault Trees via Petri Nets [PDF]
© 2015, IFAC (International Federation of Automatic Control) Hosting by Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. Using classical combinatorial fault trees, analysts are able to assess the effects of combinations of failures on system behaviour but are unable ...

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Risk-based Interventions for Safer Operation of a Hydrogen Station
In ensuring safety of plant operation, both the reliability of plant components and human resources are important. Moving towards optimising resources, there is a need to prioritise intervention measures such as maintenance program and review of standard
