Recrystallization in two-phase alloys
This study is concerned with the effect of particles, which are too small to produce Particle Stimulated Nucleation, on recrystallization. A single crystal model system of internally oxidised copper-aluminium was deformed by rolling.

A nanounit‐assembled hydrogel employing a “pull‐and‐push” strategy simultaneously scavenges pro‐inflammatory cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and delivers regenerative therapeutics in response to burn‐induced hyperthermia. By repolarizing macrophages and promoting angiogenesis, this multifunctional platform accelerates burn wound healing, offering a blueprint for

An architecture‐enabled bottom‐heated 3D solar convective evaporator spatially decouples photothermal heating from evaporation, triggering natural convection that intensifies sidewall vapour removal and heat transfer. The system achieves significantly enhanced evaporation rates over 2D and conventional 3D designs while confining salt precipitation to ...

Dynamic Recrystallization Behavior of Microalloyed 3.5Ni Steel
Both the critical conditions and evolution of dynamic recrystallization behavior for a Nb-Ti microalloyed 3.5Ni steel were carried out by isothermal compression deformation on a Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator. Results show that the critical conditions of

A Study on Austenite Dynamic Recrystallization of Non-Quenching-Tempering Steel 38MnVS
The austenite dynamic recrystallization process of V-Ti microalloying non-quenching- tempering steel 38MnVS (/% : 0.42C, 0.76Si, 1.33Mn, 0.011S, 0.013P, 0.10V, 0.02Ti) has been studied. The effect of deformation temperature (950-1150 °C ) and strain rate

Atomistic Mechanisms Triggered by Joule Heating Effects in Metallic Cu‐Bi Nanowires for Spintronics
Bi doped metallic Cu nanowires are promising for spintronics thanks to the stabilization of a giant spin Hall effect. However, heat resulting from current injection forces Bi to leave solution, forcing segregation into monoatomic decorations which evolve into coherent crystalline aggregates.
