Dynamic stall modeling of a wind turbine airfoil at various stall-induced vibration zones
The present work entails investigation of the unsteady aerodynamic characteristics of a wind turbine airfoil operating in four stall-induced vibration (SIV) regimes, including normal (SIV-1) and reverse (SIV-2) flow conditions. We conducted computational

Asymmetric Whisker‐Inspired Sensor Pairs for Enhanced Airflow Sensing on Drones
This work incorporates asymmetric cross‐sections into a whisker‐inspired sensor pair to enhance airflow sensing. By comparing signals between two offset asymmetric whiskers, the system improves flow heading estimation and identifies the presence of fan‐generated wind during quadrotor flight.

Accounting for animal health in efficiency analysis: An application to Swedish dairy farms
Abstract Poor animal health is a central concern in modern livestock production. Despite the necessity to incorporate animal health in efficiency analysis, the theoretical and empirical developments are limited on this subject. This article appropriately characterizes the axiomatic properties of animal health within a production framework.

Becoming resilient: Community‐driven change and the civic capacity index
Abstract One of the principal features of successful community governance is that it is collaborative and thus dependent on a community's ability to work together. However, there are no valid, comprehensive means to assess a community's capacity to respond to civic challenges in collaborative ways, and that are predictive of community resilience and ...

ABSTRACT This paper applies Critical Race Theory (CRT) to explore how whiteness operates within Australia's anti‐racism movement as a structuring force that shapes discourse, practice and policy. Despite the anti‐racism movement offering crucial spaces for resistance and reform, it remains entangled in Australia's settler‐colonial present and systemic ...

ABSTRACT Migrant healthcare workers in Australia find themselves at the centre of three intersecting concerns, often presented as ‘crises’ in contemporary discourse: the ‘care crisis’, the ‘housing crisis’ and the ‘migration crisis.’ Yet their own perspectives on these issues are rarely foregrounded. This paper explores the role of homeownership in the
