Dynamic stall onset variation with reduced frequency for three stall mechanisms
A set of unsteady aerodynamic load measurement is performed on three oscillating airfoils with distinct stall mechanisms: a flat plate, a NACA0012, and a NACA0018. The airfoils are forced to oscillate in pitch around the stall angle of attack with prescribed frequency and amplitude. A criterion proposed by Sheng et al.

ABSTRACT The governance of shared water systems requires collaboration across diverse stakeholders. In this study we advance the theoretical understanding of asymmetric collective action problems (CAPs) by reassessing the role of third‐party interventions and emphasizing the strategic importance of policy brokers and institutional venues.

Review of Transcriptomic Biomarkers That Predict In Vitro Genotoxicity in Human Cell Lines
ABSTRACT The current genotoxicity testing paradigm provides little mechanistic information, has poor specificity in predicting carcinogenicity in humans, and is not suited to assessing a large number of chemicals. Genomic technologies enable the characterization of genome‐wide transcriptional changes in response to chemical treatments that can inform ...

ABSTRACT This paper explores the integration of gender mainstreaming in urban food policies (UFPs) through three Spanish case studies: Barcelona, Valencia, and Zaragoza. While UFPs are pivotal for addressing sustainability in urban food systems, attention to gender disparities within them remains insufficient.

How Changing Narratives About the Future Shape Policymaking for the Long Term
ABSTRACT How can we explain decisions by governments to engage in policy investments—accepting short‐term costs in return for anticipated gains in the longer term—after previously sustaining the status quo? Our article examines the role of narratives in changing expectations about the future as a key driver of intertemporal policymaking. In light of an
