CT10 regulator of kinase (CRK) and CRK‐Like (CRKL) are signaling adaptors driving cell adhesion, motility, differentiation, and proliferation. SH2‐domain containing (SH) proteins are enriched in YXXP motifs which when phosphorylated create preferred binding sites for CRK family SH2 domains.

Tracking nonlinear oscillations with time-delayed feedback [PDF]
We demonstrate a method for tracking the onset of nonlinear oscillations (Hopf bifurcation) in nonlinear dynamical systems. Our method does not require a mathematical model of the dynamical system but instead relies on feedback controllability.

Protein aggregates threaten proteostasis and cell health. In human cells, Hsp70–J‐domain protein‐based disaggregases remove aggregates, but how they assemble remains unclear. Our biochemical findings show that DNAJA2‐ and DNAJB1‐containing disaggregase scaffolds enhance luciferase aggregate targeting, and that Hsp70 recruitment by both J‐domain ...

Logical Dynamics and Dynamical Systems.
This thesis is on information dynamics modeled using *dynamic epistemic logic* (DEL). It takes the simple perspective of identifying models with maps, which under a suitable topology may be analyzed as *topological dynamical systems*. It is composed of an introduction and six papers.

Reconstructing enzyme evolution by protein engineering
Natural enzyme evolution can be retraced by protein engineering methods such as directed evolution, rational design, and ancestral sequence reconstruction. These approaches reveal how enzymes emerged from ligand‐binding scaffolds, developed varying substrate preferences, formed oligomeric complexes, adapted to environmental changes, and evolved novel ...

Phase Merger Principle for Nonstationary Impulse Markov Dynamical Systems [PDF]
The paper deals with impulse type non-stationary dynamical systems fast switched by step Markov process having m invariant measures. We have derived more simple Markov dynamical system in a form of ordinary dierential equation with right part switched by

Dynamical system approach and attracting manifolds in K-epsilon model of turbulent jet [PDF]
We consider the K-epsilon model describing an expansion of a free turbulent jet. Due to the nonlinear nature of turbulent diffusion the turbulent area has a sharp boundary.

Hidden-like Attractors in a Class of Discontinuous Dynamical Systems [PDF]
In continuous dynamical systems, a hidden attractor occurs when its basin of attraction does not connect with small neighborhoods of equilibria. This research aims to investigate the presence of hidden-like attractors in a class of discontinuous systems ...

Cancer progression is regulated by the dynamic matrix code of the tumor microenvironment, which influences cellular behavior and disease development. Importantly, matrix remodeling in three‐dimensional cancer models more accurately reflects in vivo conditions compared to conventional two‐dimensional systems.

Applications of dynamical systems with symmetry [PDF]
This thesis examines the application of symmetric dynamical systems theory to two areas in applied mathematics: weakly coupled oscillators with symmetry, and bifurcations in flame front equations.
