EDNRA Forms a Positive Feedback Loop with the Hippo/YAP Axis to Drive Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Progression

Endothelin receptor type A (EDNRA) and the Hippo/YAP pathway form a self‐reinforcing loop that sustains triple‐negative breast cancer. EDNRA activates YAP through Gαq/11–Rho/ROCK–LATS signaling, while YAP/TEAD4 reciprocally drives EDNRA transcription.

Single‐Atom‐Enhanced Fully Inkjet‐Printed Electrochemical Sensor for Dopamine Detection

Fully inkjet‐printed paper‐based dopamine sensors are fabricated using nitrogen‐doped graphene acid functionalized with copper single atoms. The copper sites uniquely enhance dopamine oxidation through strong molecular adsorption, as verified by electrochemical measurements and DFT calculations.
