Cell, 1985
Oncogene protein products from avian myeloblastosis virus, p48v-myb, and from avian leukemia virus E26, p135gag-myb-ets, are located predominantly in the nucleus of nonproducer bone marrow cell clones, as revealed by indirect immunofluorescence. Both oncogene proteins were purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using monoclonal antibodies against ...

E26 Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in paediatric stones
European Urology Supplements, 2013Abstract Purpose To evaluate the role and outcome of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL)in the management of paediatric urolithiasis. Material and methods We retrospectively reviewed the records of children who underwent PCNL procedures for renal calculi from 2004 to 2007 A total of 300 children with renal calculi were treated with PCNL. Patient'

Tripartite structure of the avian erythroblastosis virus E26 transforming gene
Nature, 1983Only two avian oncogenic viruses specifically cause acute leukaemias yet do not transform chicken fibroblasts in culture: E26, which causes erythroblastosis and a low level of concomitant myeloblastosis in chickens, and avian myeloblastosis virus (AMV), which causes myeloblastosis exclusively. Both viruses are replication-defective and share a sequence

E26 leukemia virus converts primitive erythroid cells into cycling multilineage progenitors
Blood, 2003AbstractAcute chicken leukemia retroviruses, because of their capacity to readily transform hematopoietic cells in vitro, are ideal models to study the mechanisms governing the cell-type specificity of oncoproteins. Here we analyzed the transformation specificity of 2 acute chicken leukemia retroviruses, the Myb-Ets– encoding E26 virus and the ErbA ...

E26 Long-Gap Oesophageal Atresia – Gastric Pull-Up
2013• Position the patient supine with a roll transversely under the shoulder and neck and extend the neck. Turn the face to the side opposite to the oesophagostomy (Fig. 1). Ask the anaesthetist to place a stiff orogastric catheter in the oesophagus. Prep from the chin to the lower abdomen.

Contrast Challenge at Ultra-high-intensity: from E22 to E26
AIP Conference Proceedings, 2009Current contrast‐control‐technology is inadequate for solid targets with the next generation of high‐intensity lasers. We apply a spatiotemporal‐contrast‐concept (STC) to demonstrate that intensity∼1026 W/cm2 is feasible for transparent solids at STC ∼1015.

A putative second cell-derived oncogene of the avian leukaemia retrovirus E26
Nature, 1983The acute avian leukaemia retroviruses AMV and E26 both induce myeloblastosis in vivo and transform myeloblasts in vitro. Both viruses contain the oncogene v-myb first described for AMV. Unlike AMV, E26 has the additional capacity to induce erythroblastosis in vivo and to transform erythroblasts.
