Rotational hypersurfaces generated by weighted mean curvature in E41 with density

open access: goldThermal Science, 2022
In this paper, we study rotational hypersurfaces in 4-D Lorentz-Minkowski space with density. We give the weighted mean curvature of a rotational hypersurface about spacelike (timelike) axis in E41 with densities ex2-y2-z2 and ex-y-z (e-y2-z2-t2 and e-y-z-t).

Draft Genome Sequences of Bacillus cereus E41 and Bacillus anthracis F34 Isolated from Algerian Salt Lakes [PDF]

open access: diamondGenome Announcements, 2017
ABSTRACT Two strains of Bacillus , B. cereus E41 and B. anthracis F34, were isolated from a salt lake in Aïn M’lila-Oum El Bouaghi, eastern Algeria, and Ain Baida-Ouargla, southern Algeria, respectively.

Timelike rotational surfaces of elliptic, hyperbolic and parabolic types in Minkowski space E41 with pointwise 1-type Gauss map [PDF]

open access: hybridFilomat, 2015
In this work, we focus on a class of timelike rotational surfaces in Minkowski space E41 with 2-dimensional axis. There are three types of rotational surfaces with 2-dimensional axis, called rotational surfaces of elliptic, hyperbolic or parabolic type.

Basic-helix-loop-helix family member e41 suppresses osteoclastogenesis and abnormal bone resorption disease via NFATc1

open access: goldIScience
Overactivation of osteoclasts due to altered osteoclastogenesis causes multiple bone metabolic diseases. However, how osteoclast differentiation is tightly regulated and involved in multiple pathophysiological states remains mystery. In this study, we noticed that the downregulation of BHLHE41 (basic-helix-loop-helix family member e41) was tightly ...

E41 PAPA Syndrome: response to methotrexate in four members of the same family [PDF]

open access: bronzeRheumatology, 2023
Abstract Introduction PAPA syndrome (Pyogenic Arthritis, Pyoderma gangrenosum and Acne) is a rare autosomal dominant disease that mainly affects the joints and skin. It is linked to a mutation of a gene of a protein named PSTPIP1 located on chromosome 15q.

Acquired macrolide resistance in the human intestinal strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus E41 associated with a transition mutation in 23S rRNA genes [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Antimicrobial Agents, 2007
Restriction fragment length polymorphism and DNA sequencing of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products showed that a Lactobacillus rhamnosus strain of human origin resistant to macrolides, from which no resistance determinants have been detected by specific PCR and microarray screening, contained a heterozygous A-->G transition mutation at position ...
