EAGLE: A Domain Generalization Framework for AI-generated Text Detection [PDF]
With the advancement in capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs), one major step in the responsible and safe use of such LLMs is to be able to detect text generated by these models. While supervised AI-generated text detectors perform well on text generated by older LLMs, with the frequent release of new LLMs, building supervised detectors for ...

Machine Learning Guided Design of Nerve‐On‐A‐Chip Platforms with Promoted Neurite Outgrowth
Compared to labor‐intensive trial‐and‐error experimentation, a machine learning (ML)‐guided workflow, incorporating cell viability assays, data augmentation, ensemble modeling, and model interpretation, is developed to accelerate nerve‐on‐a‐chip optimization and uncover data‐driven design principles.

The pre‐internalization phase of endocytosis remains poorly characterized at single‐cell levels. Single‐cell pre‐internalization mechanics are investigated using advanced robotic techniques. Cancer cells exhibit biphasic adhesion – rapid initial binding followed by reinforcement – while fibroblasts show gradual engagement.

Microbubble‐Controlled Delivery of Biofilm‐Targeting Nanoparticles to Treat MRSA Infection
Here, an effective strategy using microbubble (MB)‐controlled delivery of biofilm‐targeting nanoparticles (BTNs) for removal and therapy of methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) biofilm infections is introduced. In vivo delivery of MB with BTN is demonstrated to silence key bacterial genes involved in biofilm formation (icaA), bacterial ...
