International Pediatric Otolaryngology Group (IPOG) Consensus on Vestibular Testing in Children
This study represents the first international consensus on vestibular testing in children. Twenty‐one international experts from nine countries provided guidelines on the recommended minimum test battery necessary to perform a pediatric vestibular assessment.

Temporal‐Parotid Resection for Malignant Parotid Tumors: A Systematic Review
Parotid gland tumors represent a complex surgical challenge. Temporal‐parotid resection (TPR) is indicated to manage temporal bone invasion. Thirteen studies investigated the role of TPR in literature, including 336 patients. High rates of negative margins and local disease control are achieved with TPR.

Contemporary Clinical Management of Otosyphilis for Practicing Otolaryngologists—A Scoping Review
Otosyphilis has reemerged alongside increasing syphilis rates, highlighting the need for early recognition to prevent severe audiovestibular complications. A scoping review and retrospective case series indicate that most patients present with hearing loss, tinnitus, or vertigo and typically respond to penicillin‐based treatment.

Efficacy and Safety of Intratympanic Botulinum Toxin Injection on Middle Ear Myoclonic Tinnitus
Intratympanic Botulinum toxin (IT‐BTX) injection appears to be an effective and safe treatment for MEMT, significantly reducing tinnitus‐related symptoms without complications. In a retrospective study of 57 patients, THI scores and VAS measures for loudness, awareness, annoyance, and life impact improved significantly over 6 months.
