Revue des politiques sociales et familiales, 2023Cet article étudie comment les systèmes français et allemand de gouvernance de l’EAJE (modes d’accueil individuels et collectifs) ont réagi à la pandémie de Covid-19 entre mars 2020 et la fin de l’année 2021. Les deux pays partagent une gouvernance multiacteurs, impliquant l’État central, le niveau local intermédiaire et les communes.
