碩士一般專案管理著重於時程規劃及進度控管，實獲值管理方法不僅提供了成本、時程變異和執行指標的計算，並可預測專案完成的成本及時程。 本研究在於探討不良品質專案管理實獲值模式之發展，以獲得品質投資對不良率之影響。運用實獲值管理中成本及時程的相關基本指標，並依據Anbari(2003).期刊的參考數據，嘗試加入專案第一階段不良率q1和第二階段不良率q2，發展不良品質之實獲值之間的模式與其效應，進而找到各階段最適品質水準，使總實際成本最小，以獲得專案成本效益。General project management
