Stiffness‐Activated Stellate Cells Drive Pancreatic Cancer Liver Colonization via GMFG‐TNS4 Signaling

Fibrotic liver stiffness activates hepatic stellate cells through Piezo1‐dependent calcium influx and ER stress, promoting EV‐associated GMFG release. Delivered GMFG engages TNS4 in pancreatic cancer cells, triggering FAK/AKT signaling, adhesion, and fatty acid synthesis.

[Eating disorders not otherwise specified, partial syndromes and subclinical disorders: a warning in primary care].

Eating disorders not otherwise specified are the most common category of eating disorders encountered in routine clinical practice. Their prevalence fluctuates from 2.4% to 12.6% among female adolescents and up to 60% of cases in treatment centres. Binge eating disorder is the most differentiated subtype.

AI‐Assisted Digital Single‐Molecule Activity Tracker for Decoupling Intrinsic Heterogeneity from Photo‐Oxidative Damage in High‐Photon‐Flux Enzymology

Employing a digital single‐molecule activity tracker (dSMAT), this research demonstrates that high‐photon‐flux irradiation drives progressive oxidative scarring in polymerases. Unlike simple thermal denaturation, real‐time kinetic tracking dynamically visualizes enzymes degrading into multiple impaired subpopulations.
