Texture Heterogeneity in ECAP Deformed Copper
Solid State Phenomena, 2010Polycrystalline copper of 4N purity has been deformed by equal channel angular pressing at room temperature using route BC. Local textures have been measured by high-energy synchrotron radiation along 3 lines in the cross section from the top to the bottom of the billets. Al/Al2O3 nano-composite produced by ECAP
2013Metal matrix nanocomposites have been produced by powder metallurgy route. Al and nano-Al2O3 powders were grinded through high energy ball milling. Then, the composite powders were sintered by Equal Channel Angular Pressing (ECAP). 12 ECAP passes were carried out in order to improve the dispersion of the hard particles.
