Operating Experience of Ozone ECF Bleaching.
JAPAN TAPPI JOURNAL, 2002 Medium consistency ozone bleaching plant was started up at Yufutsu mill in January 2001. This is the first plant that use ozone gas as a bleaching sequence in Japan. By changing conventional C/D-E/ op-D into ZD-E/op-D, we have entirely excluded the usage of elemental chlorine.

JAPAN TAPPI JOURNAL, 2012 パルプ漂白方法において，ECF漂白転換後，完成パルプの褪色が課題とされてきた。我々はこの褪色対策として，パルプ中に残留するヘキセンウロン酸（HexA）の除去を目的に，漂白シーケンス（a―Z／D―Eop―D）のa段にモノ過硫酸（MPS）の添加を検討した。MPS漂白の実機導入に向けて，MPSのオンサイト製造が問題となった。これまでにMPSオンサイト製造例は報告されていなかったが，三菱ガス化学（株）との共同研究の末，硫酸と過酸化水素を高濃度で使用し，実験室レベルと同等のMPS収率を実機レベルで得ることが可能となった。MPS処理段（Px段）の実機導入開始以降は，HexA量の低減が確認され，パルプの褪色程度を示す過マンガン酸カリウム価（K価）も低下させることが出来た。また ...
