표고 ‘화담’의 톱밥배지 안정생산을 위해 침공처리가 균사배양 및 자실체 생산성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 종균 접종후 배지 온도는 배양 23일에 27.0-28.8℃, CO2농도는 배양 16일에 14.0-15.6%까지 높아진 후 감소하였고, O2농도는 CO2농도와 반대의 경향이었다. 배양기간중 침공횟수가 많을수록 배지의 명도(L값)는 감소하고, 색차(ΔE)와 중량감모율은 증가하였다.
