β‐Catenin/c‐Myc Axis Modulates Autophagy Response to Different Ammonia Concentrations
Ammonia, detoxified by the liver into urea and glutamine, impacts autophagy differently at varying levels. Low ammonia activates autophagy via c‐Myc and β‐catenin, while high levels suppress it. Using Huh7 cells and Spf‐ash mice, c‐Myc's role in cytoprotective autophagy is revealed, offering insights into hyperammonemia and potential therapeutic ...

Market Typology and Dynamics of Economic Growth [PDF]
It is found that the diversity of the economy’s market (perfect competition, monopoly, oligopoly, and monopolistic competition) serves as a key to endogenous adaptation in studying economic evolution through computer modeling.

PARALLEL ALGORITHM FOR CALCULATING GENERAL EQUILIBRIUM IN MULTIREGION ECONOMIC GROWTH MODELS
We develop and analyze a parallel algorithm for computing a solution in a multiregion dynamic general equilibrium model. The algorithm is based on an iterative method of the Gauss–Seidel type and exploits a special block structure of the model ...

A simplified thermoplastic pultrusion model is developed to predict thermal fields in glass fiber/polyethylene terephthalate (GF/PET) composites with reduced computational cost. By combining effective material homogenization, validation against literature data, and Gaussian‐process‐based optimization, the study reveals how heating limits, pulling speed,

Model Reference Control for an Economic Growth Cycle Model
A useful method in intelligent engineering, called model reference control (MRC), is applied in an economic control problem. The authors review the main framework of MRC and Goodwin growth cycle (GGC) model between two countries and drive the employment rate to be approximate stable in a high level by controlling the workers′ share in the national ...

Influence of Test Temperature and Test Frequency on Fatigue Life of Aluminum Alloy EN AW‐2618A
The influence of test temperature and test frequency on the fatigue life of EN AW‐2618A is investigated. High‐cycle fatigue tests are performed at different test temperatures and frequencies on the 1000 h/230°C overaged state. Both test parameters reduce fatigue life due to time‐dependent damage mechanisms.
