RFLP Standardization Report for C2/EcoRI

C2/EcoRI blots were received from two laboratories. The C2/EcoRI system identified two fragments on the core cell lines (Table 1 and Fig. 1). The two fragments were complementary except for one discordance (cell 9060), which had a different fragment in each of the two blots. No other resolution of discrepancies was required.
