Chemistry &Biodiversity, Volume 23, Issue 11, November 2026.A new phenolic glycoside, cotinusin A, was isolated from the heartwood of Cotinus coggygria together with seven known compounds. Cotinusin A attenuates glutamate‑induced oxidative injury in HT22 cells (EC50 = 3.852 µM) and suppresses TNF‑α‑induced NF‑κB activation in a 293T luciferase reporter assay.
