Angioneurotic edema is nonpitting edema involving the face, lips, tongue, larynx, and other locations. It may occur with use of angiotensin‐converting enzyme inhibitors, vasopeptidase inhibitors, and, less frequently, angiotensin receptor blockers. Most episodes occur within the first 6 months of therapy.
