In this paper we describe the current maturity status of the Environmental Data Records (EDRs) from the Suomi National Polar-orbiting Partnership (S-NPP) satellite. The maturity status is measured by the performance of the algorithm against the documented requirements as well as the level of validation effort accomplished.
