A Versatile High‐Throughput Single‐Cell Screening Platform for Profiling Antigen‐Specific Long‐Lived B Cells in Blood and Bone Marrow

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The MoSMAR‐chip platform provides a high‐throughput and cost‐effective tool for identifying and characterizing antigen‐specific antibody‐secreting cells (ASCs) and memory B cells (MBCs) at the single‐cell level. The ASCs from coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19) vaccine‐immunized mice were successfully analyzed, revealing diverse neutralizing antibodies

SSRP1/SLC3A2 Axis in Arginine Transport: A New Target for Overcoming Immune Evasion and Tumor Progression in Peripheral T‐Cell Lymphoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Enhanced arginine uptake is a critical feature of metabolic reprogramming in PTCL, characterized by elevated expression of the arginine transporter SLC3A2. SLC3A2‐mediated arginine uptake facilitates PTCL proliferation and survival by enhancing OXPHOS metabolism and inducing immune evasion.

Versatile and Robust Reservoir Computing with PWM‐Driven Heterogenous R–C Circuits

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A robust physical reservoir computing (PRC) system using pulse‐width modulation (PWM)‐encoded R–C circuits is introduced. By enabling customizable nonlinearities and timescales, this system achieves state‐of‐the‐art accuracy in chaotic, multiscale, and multiclass tasks while maintaining stability across temperature variations and device batches.

The Bioengineering of Microspheric Skin Organoids and Their Application in Drug Screening

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel method for the preparation of uniform microspheric skin organoids via spinning bioreactors is developed. The organoid consists of a core‐shell structure to mimic the bilayered skin structure with the epidermis on the surface. For efficient drug screening, the organoid is equipped with a luciferase reporter to detect canonical Wnt signaling, and
