A liquid‐phase ion trap (LPIT) coupled with ESI‐MS enables rapid, high‐fidelity de novo sequencing of long oligonucleotides in ∼30 min. By applying an electric field to dissociate metal adducts in solution, LPIT delivers clean spectra, superior mass accuracy, and full sequence coverage, surpassing MALDI‐TOF and LC‐MS.

We developed Affinity Selection Thin‐Layer Chromatography (AS‐TLC) as a method for high‐throughput screening (HTS) of compound mixtures. Furthermore, we integrated activity assays with AS‐TLC and identified a YTH domain‐containing protein 1 (YTHDC1) inhibitor. Building on this hit, we applied copper(I)‐catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) click

Single‐cell perturbation responses are predicted across held‐out biological contexts using scPILOT, a query‐conditioned two‐stage latent response‐transfer framework. A shared latent representation supports cell‐level response estimation by latent optimal transport, followed by Leiden‐localized query‐specific transfer and adaptive weighting.
