A practical organizational efficiency measure
Defence and Peace Economics, 2014There is often a call in any organization to make the system ‘more efficient’. This document describes a novel framework for measuring organizational efficiency at the microeconomic level. We show how this framework can be used to monitor an organization using data typically available in extant performance management frameworks.

본 연구의 주목적은 외식산업 구성원의 조직문화가 조직공정성과 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 관계에 대하여 분석하고자 하며, 외식기업에는 실무적인 시사점을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 대상은 외식산업에 종사하고 있는 조직구성원에게 설문에 응답하도록 하였다. 설문조사는 2019년 8월 1일부터 2019년 10월 1일까지 약 2개월 간 실시되었으며, 전체 기간 동안 총 400부의 설문을 배포 · 수집하여 수집된 자료 중 응답이 불성실하였거나, 기록내용이 누락되어 표본으로의 적합성을 상실한 8개 표본을 제외한 392부의 표본을 분석에 활용하였다.
