A BioLiving Periosteum Evokes Centripetal Regeneration in Challenging Bone Defects
Advanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 26, 8 May 2026.Large bone defects often suffer from insufficient central healing. This study engineers a BioLiving periosteum that mimics the native structure. It sequentially delivers remote chemical cues and contact physical cues in a signaling‐relay manner, effectively recruiting and guiding endogenous cells toward the defect center.
