Synthesis and Characterization of Hydroxyapatite Powder by Eggshell
Hydroxyapatite (HA) having chemical formula Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, is the main chemical component of human bone tissue (70%). This is the reason why it has been widely engaged in the dental and non-load bearing implantations, to cope up with the bone response as a bioactive material.

Aqueous Two‐Phase Bioinks for Discrete Packing and Compartmentalization of 3D Bioprinted Cells
Aqueous two‐phase systems (ATPS) enable the formation of biomimetic interfaces crucial for tissue engineering. However, clinical translation remains limited by the challenge of precisely controlling cellular compartmentalization. Here, we developed ATPS biomaterial inks for 3D bioprinting allowing tuneable droplet formation via NaCl modulation.

Potential of Eggshell Powders as a Secondary Hyperparathyroidism Therapy
Secondary Hyperparathyroidism (sHPT) is a secondary effect of diseases outside theparathyroid glands which causes a decrease in calcium levels and an increase in the work of theparathyroid glands in increasing the body's calcium levels. This literature review aimed todetermine the effect of CaCO 3 contained in eggshells on the PTH profile in ...
