Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.

Influence of Ego-resilience on Mothers Child Rearing
本研究ではBlockによる14項目からなるER89を使って,ego-resilience(ER)の高さが母親の養育態度や子育て意識,子どもの性格評価とどのように関わっているかを検討した。その結果,ERの高い母親は,子育てに対する後悔があまりみられず自信をもって子育てをしており,柔軟な養育態度を示していた。それに対して,ERの低い母親は子育てでイライラすることが多く,子どもをたたいたり,「バカ」「ダメな子」と子どもを傷つけるような発言をする傾向が強かった。またERが低い母親ほどうつ傾向が強い傾向がみられた。

Remote Assessment of Ataxia Severity in SCA3 Across Multiple Centers and Time Points
ABSTRACT Objective Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) is a genetically defined ataxia. The Scale for Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) is a clinician‐reported outcome that measures ataxia severity at a single time point. In its standard application, SARA fails to capture short‐term fluctuations, limiting its sensitivity in trials.
