Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan komposisi senyawa kimia ekstrak etanol dan aseton dari kulit buah kakao berdasarkan analisis fitokimia kualitatif dan analisis kromatografi gas-spektrometri massa (GC-MS). Ekstraksi kulit buah kakao dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 70% dan aseton:air (7:3).
