Application research of DHNN model in prediction of classification of rockburst intensity

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2018
In view of problems of randomness and subjectivity in determining weight of existing rockburst prediction methods,a discrete Hopfield neural network (DHNN) model for prediction of classification of rockburst intensity was proposed。The model selects ...

Adhesion Analysis of Adhesive Mortar Joints in Ceramic Tiles under Static Loading

open access: yesBuildings
Ceramic detachment is a serious problem that persists in modern building constructions despite technological advances and updated regulatory documents. Most of these detachments occur at the interface between the adhesive mortar and the ceramic tile, due

The human gut microbiome across the life course

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Despite significant individual variation and continuous change throughout life, the human gut microbiome follows some life stage‐specific trends. This article provides a brief overview of how gut microbiome composition shifts across different phases of life. Created in BioRender. Özkurt, E. (2026) https://BioRender.com/8q4nrnc.

A characterization method for equivalent elastic modulus of rock based on elastic strain energy

open access: yesFrontiers in Earth Science, 2023
Energy is an internal variable during rock deformation and failure, and its dissipation and conversion law can reflect the rock’s internal damage and deterioration state.

pp elastic scattering at LHC energies [PDF]

open access: yesThe European Physical Journal C, 2014
Using a unified analytic representation for the elastic scattering amplitudes of pp scattering valid for all energy region, the behavior of observables in the LHC collisions in the range $\sqrt{s}$= 2.76 - 14 TeV is discussed. Similarly to the case of 7 TeV data, the proposed amplitudes give excellent description of the preliminary 8 TeV data.

A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...
