Ecosphere, Volume 16, Issue 7, July 2025.Abstract Eresus kollari is typically found in dry grasslands and stony steppes; however, in South Korea, it has been primarily found in the humid environments of cemeteries. These spiders have highly localized habitats, and their burrowing and nest‐building habits make them difficult to find and observe in the field.

Patterns of aerial arthropod biomass and diversity from three regions of boreal Alaska
Insect Conservation and Diversity, Volume 17, Issue 5, Page 826-855, September 2024.We documented aerial arthropod biomass and diversity over 4 years in three regions in boreal Alaska—two in central Alaska and one in southcentral Alaska. Traps yielded 115,078 specimens of 15 orders and 692 unique taxa. Mean aerial arthropod biomass was more than three times higher in Fairbanks than in Anchorage.
