Electric-Field-Controlled Nonvolatile Magnetization Rotation and Magnetoresistance Effect in Co/Cu/Ni Spin Valves on Piezoelectric Substrates [PDF]
Electric-field control of magnetism is a key issue for the future development of low-power spintronic devices. By utilizing the opposite strain responses of the magnetic anisotropies in Co and Ni films, a Co/Cu/Ni/0.7Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.3PbTiO3 (PMN-PT)

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

Electric-Field-Driven Trion Drift and Funneling in MoSe2 Monolayer [PDF]
Excitons, electron–hole pairs in semiconductors, can be utilized as information carriers with a spin or valley degree of freedom. However, manipulation of excitons’ motion is challenging because of their charge-neutral characteristic and short ...

We describe detailed protocols for the purification and preparation of Marchantia polymorpha Auxin Response Factor 2 (MpARF2). This protein is fused to an MBP solubility tag and an mNG fluorescent tag and is purified from Escherichia coli. The presented procedures make it possible to study MpARF2 assemblies, which could arise from phase separation ...
